Buff Chemical maintains distinct return regulations for B2C consumer orders and B2B commercial distribution purchases. Since our products consist of high-performance chemical formulations, return logistics must comply with environmental and hazardous materials safety standards.
B2C Retail Returns (Bireysel İade Kuralları)
For individual consumers ordering directly through our online retail catalog:
- 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: Consumers possess the right to return unused products in their original packaging within 14 calendar days of receipt.
- Seal & Cap Preservation: Due to chemical contamination risks and strict quality assurance protocols, **opened bottles, broken seals, or partially used canisters cannot be accepted for return**.
- Return Shipping Costs: Unless the product arrived damaged or defective, the buyer handles the cost of return shipping.
B2B Wholesale / Dealer Returns (Kurumsal İade Koşulları)
Approved wholesale dealers, detailing centers, and franchise car washes ordering under bulk pricing agreements:
- No Standard Withdrawal Right: In commercial transactions, there is no automatic right of withdrawal without cause. Return requests must be negotiated through our sales unit.
- ADR Shipping & Hazardous Compliance: Any returning chemical canister exceeding 20kg must be shipped using ADR-certified logistics providers. The dealer is solely responsible for compliance with hazardous materials shipping protocols.
- Re-stocking Surcharges: Approved commercial returns are subject to a **15% re-stocking and chemical laboratory testing fee** to verify formulation integrity before restocking.
- Damaged Shipments: Discrepancies, container punctures, or bulk leaks must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence showing freight courier signs.
